These terms govern your use of TechStackMap. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

  • TechStackMap provides data on technology vendors used by AI companies
  • Access to full data requires a one-time purchase for lifetime access

Accounts

  • You must sign in via Google OAuth to purchase and access paid content
  • You are responsible for your account activity
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

Payment & Refunds

  • One-time payment for lifetime access, processed by Stripe
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase — email refunds@techstackmap.com with the reason for your refund request
  • “Lifetime” means the lifetime of the service

Acceptable Use

  • Personal or internal business use only
  • No automated scraping, bulk downloading, or systematic extraction
  • No redistribution, resale, or republication of the data

Intellectual Property

  • All content, data, and design are property of TechStackMap
  • Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license to access the data

Data Accuracy & Removal Requests

The data on TechStackMap is compiled from publicly available sources and may not be fully accurate or up to date. We do not claim affiliation with or endorsement by any company or vendor listed on the platform.

If you are a representative of a company or vendor and believe any information is inaccurate or wish to have it removed, please contact us at mail@techstackmap.com and we will promptly address your request.

We make no guarantees regarding the completeness or accuracy of any data presented.

Dispute Resolution & Limitation of Liability

  • All data is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or completeness
  • You agree not to hold TechStackMap or its operators liable for inaccuracies in the data or decisions made based on the data
  • By creating an account, you waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits against TechStackMap
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Wyoming
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

Termination

  • We may terminate access for violation of these terms
  • You may request account deletion at any time via support

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
